"It appears that the owners are in over their heads. The phone in room didn't work. New AC unit was difficult to control fan speed and noisy. You had to turn on the TV by using the actual button on the TV then find the HDMI "mode" and then use the remote...cumbersome. BUT then no volume on the TV. I then was going to call the office as they suggested and the phone didn't work. It worked for the night."

"The unit itself was great and a perfect location by the Black Diamond Lodge. Wood fireplace was stocked up and made for great ambience. Only complaint would be the hot tub was not operational during our stay, but that applies to the whole complex, not just this unit"
