Be careful with the door knob from the lower level to the small patio/balcony because the knob is a little deceptive and it is easy to lock yourself out of the house. 「I had to reach out for check in details a day before leaving for the trip after being told they'd be available 3 days prior, and had to get VRBO involved to get a response. The property was as advertised, with the exception of a broken toilet seat that left me concerned about being charged for this situation. My communication about this issue went unanswered by the property owner (a management company) until after I'd checked out and left town. Very poor response time if you need anything...

「A great little place to stay very conveniently located. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If f you’re coming to the dunes or have a boat there’s a long gated driveway for your boat or ATV. We have two small dogs the backyard was perfect to let them out.
