I booked this hotel for 3 days. I booked it for many reason it was close the airport and the pool and the price was great for the 3 day stay. Unfortunately when checking in no one told us we couldn’t use the pool. It wasn’t until going out to do a little shopping at Walmart that I asked when does the pool close and we were told that it wasn’t open and it won’t be open. When we booked the hotel it wasn’t on the website nor was there a email stating to us upon arriving that the pool would not be useable. The pool was one of the reason why we booked the hotel it was going to hit those days we booked the hotel. We were already there for a few hours and plan on getting in the pool to cool off and just relax. It was a very disappointing day. Unfortunately we checked out and had to find another hotel that had a pool but we had to pay more and it was further from the airport. But I can say that hotel looked cleaned and very nice. But we went from a great clean hotel to a ok hotel with a pool.

Great staff and service. Clean, well maintained rooms. Only concern was the rumbling in the elevator. Great choice and would come again!!
