"Really fabulous location, helpful staff and great swimming pool. I really enjoyed being able to walk to the mall, and be so central. Every staff member went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing I didnt enjoy as much was that the air conditioning would default back to 23°c and the room is quite small. So it could get quite hot and stuffy. It would be good if the air conditioning was able to stay at a lower temperature."

"The location was very good,easy access to transportation.The hotel is not far from the famous Dubai mall,the free shuttle service to the mall is a welcomed service. The restaurants are second to none,the food on the menu is of a variety and taste great.The decor is quite tastefull. The snack/pastry coffee shop has a variety and the person running it is quite friendly. The front desk staff is very helpful,they seem to enjoy their jobs which is great for customer relations. They joke around with one another yet maintaining true professionalism. The greeting staff at the front as well as the general helping hands are all quite friendly and willing to serve. A FANTASTIC STALY!THANK YOU."
