Too bad, I explain. At checkin Hotel charge you extra 350.00 AED with a transaction not an autorisation! They said will revers transaction later. Lots of people are complaining they don’t received the money after 1 month! I stayed in over 1000 hotels all over the world and never happened to have a transaction instead of an autorisation. It is no reason to do this, is disrespectful regarding the customer. I worked for MasterCard. An autorisation doesn’t cost nothing - only block an amount in case something happened. If something happens the autorisation will be transformed in transaction which it cost hotel. The way you are doing 2 transactions is double cost. Doesn’t make any sense. Beside this issue hotel can be a 5* review : - cleanest- impeccable - room spacious full equipped - breakfast amazing - superb pool on top with a beautiful vue - location - if you have a car is perfect, if not metro station is 30 min walk World Trade Center station - Hotel has a good parking 2 floors Please add some hooks in the bathroom. The only one it is very inconvenient for the towels. Can somebody from management explain why you charge with a transaction at checkin ? I hope my review it helps to correct the money anomaly! Great place to stay clean and very convenient to all shops n restaurants.. Fantastic area for shopping will stay here again. Like to offer the hotel a constructive feedback..
