"The apartment is wonderful and the hosts are excellent! They speak English, French and German. The property is situated in a quiet town that is near major attractions (crystal making & the historic town of Bitchie) and stores. You are also close to the German border. As for the accomodation, it is a spacious modern apartment with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Excellent for families or two couples. "The gite was tastefully decorated and had all the equipment you need. We visited in a heat wave and the gite was nice and cool and a has a huge bathroom / walk in shower. Lovely terrace outside which gives privacy from neighbours. Matthieu lives opposite and was on hand for anything we needed but not at all intrusive. Also lots of lovely forests nearby to walk or cycle in and it's near enough to the German border to easily have a day in Germany."
