Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay at Rex Quảng Bình
I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience, which, unfortunately, was disappointing.
First and foremost, the toilet in room 1011 - This is a family room - had a very unpleasant and persistent smell, seemingly coming from the waste collector. It was so overwhelming that it felt like I was sleeping in a garbage room. This issue seriously affected the comfort and quality of my stay.
Additionally, during breakfast service, I encountered a staff member at the soup station who was notably unfriendly. Her attitude toward guests came across as dismissive, if not outright rude. Whether this was due to her demeanor or simply a lack of customer service training, it left a negative impression.
To make matters worse, my brother developed a stomachache shortly after consuming an egg from the breakfast buffet. While we cannot confirm the cause with certainty, this incident raised concerns about food hygiene and safety standards at your establishment.
Based on this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Rex Quảng Bình Hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the overall guest experience.
