"The suite was comfortable and roomy. It was so peaceful on the mountain, the views are amazing. Some care and attention to the property are needed, as well as a good vacuuming behind nightstands, dusting of blinds baseboards etc. This wouldnt deter me from staying again though. "

"Very nice. Not much for food option off-season, you have to drive 20 minutes back to Golden for food but overall a nice place to stay. "

"Breakfast was a work of art! Blueberry French toast, sausage links and home made blueberry yogurt! The host was so welcoming and our room was very clean with plenty of extra fresh fluffy towels in the bathroom. Nice and quiet but easy access to the highway. Recommend!"

"My family of 7 came to Canada from Texas to visit Banff NP, Yoho NP, Kootenay NP and the Icefields Parkway. This cabin was the perfect place to go home to after visiting those very busy but very beautiful parks and lakes. It was completely quiet and restful. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed including an ice cream maker which my son used to make almond ice cream and an instapot which we used to make chili. My daughter who worked at Starbucks for a year was super impressed with the...

"We liked the whirlpool and facilities at the reception - The receptionist was efficient and helpful. Access from the parking to the room was convenient. Traffic was noisy in the daytime ( a truck route) , but quiet at night. The room had chairs and a table for office work or meals. Although the motel was older, it was recently updated with paint, tiles and fixtures. It could have used more hangers. The location was convenient to Highway 1 and McDonald's but was not near downtown. "

"This place was so beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Would like to point out though, that the stair case, while beautiful, was not safe for toddlers. There is room at the edges of the steps, under the rail, for a small child to slip through. As a grandma, I was nervous about it. No incidents... just lots of held breath ;) "

Two night stay

"First time we stayed here. I thought it might be noisy being so close to the highway, but it was really great. The hall noise is minimal and the location was perfect. Everything we enjoy is within walking distance. They don't have an ice machine but the bar fridge chilled everything we brought nicely. We'd love to come back again."
