"The property is located in the historic center of San Marino. It’s quite an uphill climb, so those with mobility issues might consider elsewhere. Otherwise, the bathroom was excellent, and the hotel was clean. I forgot a Bluetooth speaker in my room, and the staff called me within 5 minutes and met me at the gate to the center, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage back up the hills. Excellent service. "

I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. "Nice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent."

"Great location right off the main drag through town and only 2 blocks walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly, from check-in to answering all questions and assisting with calling a taxi. There are many activities near by. The room was very clean, the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, full American and European breakfast. It was the best I had in Italy. The rooftop pool and spa was a big bonus. Overall a great hotel for the price."
