A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was really friendly. The check in process was easy, note that the check in times on hotels.com are not correct and you can check in later. I'd contact the hotel to confirm. They spoke multiple languages at the hotel, which was helpful and were very nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner and reasonably priced. "Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub."

"Good, comfy room. Service was great. Hallway smelled little bit like urine? but all in all, good. The distance to Strasbourg Central was ~20 mins from Lingosheim (hotel location was ~10 min walk from the station). Used the CTS app and was 1,90€ single ride each way. Don’t use SNCF app while in Strasbourg, too expensive for single way compared to CTS (local transportation app for Strasbourg)."
