"The room we were in had 4 burned out lite bulbs and a leaking toilet. When we brought this to their attention, 1 lite bulb was replaced, and the toilet not fixed while we were there. "Arrival welcome After a 3.5hr drive from Jberg with mostly highway but around 30km of dirt track we arrived at Letamo initially, the sister lodge. Make sure to book with a reputable transfer company as the dirt track is a challenging drive. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger! "We enjoyed our stay @ Safari Plains. Arriving we were received by such friendly faces. The Luxury Tented Chalet we stayed in were overlooking the field where the game came to graze. We enjoyed the morning & afternoon game drives with the well informed guide, Ben. On our first night we had an open air dinner prepared by the chef and staff, it was amazing! We most definately recommend a stay at this 5 star lodge it will be an experience you'll never forget. ALL the staff made our stay fantastic. "
