"We had a little hiccup with our first room. Maintenance was replacing batteries in door lock when we got there. No worries, they finished and we settled inside. Then we were leaving and realized we couldn’t get out of the room! Called front desk and they came up immediately. Feel we got lucky as at one moment the hotel person was locked inside the room with my husband and daughter, with me outside and the door wouldn’t open from either side. It finally opened and they got another room for us. So...
