"In my experience , this Super 8 doesn't deserve the poor reviews. For my stay, everything was fine. The room and bathroom were clean, everything worked, and it was very quiet. Bonus for guest laundry facilities. The breakfast was minimal as other reviews have noted, but overall it's just what you wold expect from a Super 8"

"We spent a couple of nights at this lovely quaint cabin while traveling through Tennessee. It far exceeded our expectations. A wonderful place to sit back, relax, watch the snow fall and be entertained by the peacocks, read and just enjoy the beauty of the property. Very clean, comfortable, warm and we loved hearing the history of the property. We look forward to returning again as we visit Tennessee. "

"All I can say is OMG!!!! I rented this for my sister and her husband's birthdays and anniversary taking them to the Nascar Bristol Night race. I could have rented a place closer to the racetrack, but I am so glad I decided on this cabin. This place is absolutely awesome. "Wonderful cozy stay. We came for a family wedding in Flag Pond. The host was very accommodating & had great stories about the property & surrounding area. The homemade ice cream and cookies were bonus and greatly appreciated. For a family with 2 small children, this worked well. The outside space was very charming with the old fireplace. "Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
