"In general we enjoyed our stay very much: Quiet, good view, great location, very friendly staff, great bed with good linnen, duvet and pillows. What could do with some improvement is the bathroom: it is big but does not have walk in shower, has a very uncomfortable toilet seat and weird lighting. the shampoo , conditioner and shower el where good but only simple hand soap and no other amenities. Breakfast was buffet style: very good. breakfast area not that cosy and the background music was simply disturbing: very bad coice for an early morning and the ceiling speakers are of very poor quality ! . "

"The hotel is new but service is odd. At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find). It was inconvenient. When you put a charge on the credit card- hotel should keep a copy for the record... Overall my room was clean and service team was friendly."
