"Lovely home with spacious rooms and big pool/backyard! Bring your own board games and cooking supplies. Board games aren’t super kid friendly and we love to cook so not having a good blender and coffee brewer made us rate the house a 4 star! "

"Very peaceful location on the Trinity river. The accommodation was very cozy and well suited for all ages including dog friendly. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit, and corn hole games were a plus. Would recommend this place and will likely return for my next fly fishing trip. "

"We had a great time at Redwood River Resort. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the Deer Haven cabin was a delightful place to stay - cozy and comfortable with fun rustic decor and a big comfortable bed. The heater worked great. The food at Harrison's was very enjoyable also. We will stay here again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home; the home was furnished nice, very clean and all amenities were as stated and very comfortable for all ages. Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere. We'd like to come back and enjoy more time there...a great prooerty for a family gathering!"

"Stayed for a long weekend for daughter’s birthday ski weekend. Easy 20 minute drive to the slopes. The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day. It is on a busy main road and trains are chugging by too, but didn’t bother us or our guests. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable unless you’re sitting on the sectional (lumpy doesn’t even begin to describe)we had an awesome time though and would definitely stay again "

"The host was understanding and helpful, the home is well appointed and it was lovely soaking at night. We made the mistake of thinking we were booking closer to Mount Shasta so had long drives since it was a ski trip, so next time we will be more careful. It was a good spot for family and friends to cook together and relax in a comfortable neighborhood and spacious home. Thank you!"

"If I could give this place a higher rating I would! This place exceeded my expectations of what it would be like. The peace and quiet was exactly what we needed for this get away! Perfect views, comfortable furniture and beds and just the great outdoors all in one! Do not believe the bad reviews left at this place, honestly the people who had a problem with this place are impatient and don’t know how to enjoy themselves. I’ve seen reviews of people complaining about spider webs here and there...

"The property was clean and seemed very safe. Breakfast was pretty standard - waffles, eggs, bagel, cereal. Although the hotel accepts pets, they had pet free rooms; great for an allergy sufferer. However some inconsiderate guests brought their yappy dogs to breakfast; that pissed me off, but at least I was able to sit away from them. Overall, it was a great value for our stay."
