"The staff were all top notch, professional,and very friendly. The buffets were delicious and had a varied menu to choose from. The food was kept warm in Creuset pans which is much appreciated and necessary for buffets. The location is 10 mins from Kochi airport so very convenient after a long journey. The shuttle picked us up 10 mins after arriving outside of the airport. We only stayed one night on our way to Munnar. The hotel referred me to a driver who we booked for 4 days to Munnar and Thakadey. This was arranged in advance of our arrival to the hotel from the USA. Highly recommend the location as a 1-2 night restful stay en route to other places. "

"The hotel is near the beautiful back waters of Kochi, great trip there . A bit far away from Fort Kochi, but easily reachable with the car and driver service offered by the hotel . Very nice gardens and swimming pool"

"A 4.5/4.75 star hotel. Great property with easy communication with staff. Some service issues but mostly smooth. A tad out of the way (more a convenience issue as traffic in Kerala is tough) but all manageable with patience. Biggest issue for us was that food spread at breakfast was frustratingly limited (esp for intl travelers). Even for room service, a penne arrabiata was no more than penne with sweet-ish tomato sauce and ample cheese. Disappointing. They also could not accommodate breakfast in the main room (a bummer due to the good view from here) so had overflow in a different area downstairs. If they improved food optionality and service it would likely flow to 5 stars. "
