「今回３回目の滞在です。広いキッチンとお部屋に洗濯機があるので、とても便利でした。子供がいるので、キッチンで料理をして朝食を食べたり、スキーで疲れて部屋でゆっくりテイクアウトした夕食を取れるのはとても便利でした。キッチンには必要なものは揃っていますが、調味料などはありません。またプールやジャグジーでアフタースキーも子供たちは大満足でした。これからもウィスラーを訪れた時は、こちらを利用したいと思います。」

「 At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. Read other reviews and brought ear plugs, as it doesn’t get quiet until midnight. When I opened the door to the stairs, people were sleeping on the floor. Took the other...

「I liked the deck top hot tub, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and had lots of towels and utensils for cooking. It was very clean and well appointed. The gas fireplace did not work but other than that it was a great visit!」

「What a fantastic spot!! Lovely and tranquil and worked great for our family of 4 (2 adults 2 children) for an overnight stay near squamish. Delicious cafe on site was an added bonus before we checked out and continued our travels. 」

「This location is close to everything. The hot tub is a nice touch but there is a pool and hot tub on the premise as well. Would stay here again! 」

「the apartment was very easy to find. we got into whistler around midnight. Tyrone's directions were easy to understand and the entire checkin process went very smooth. The location was within 10-15 minute walking distance to the village (where all the restaurants and gondolas are). It's also across the street from the supermarket. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain. The downside was there're 2 flights of stairs from the entryway to the rooms so we had to lug our luggages...

「2週間前に予約したために、空いている部屋が少なく、2ベッドルームを予約しました。チェックインは車で10分ほど離れた場所で、最初は分からずにコンドミニアムのデスクで聞いたのですが、管理会社が違うために、また車で戻って何とかチェックインができました。到着して家族4人分の荷物をもって建物まで行くと2階で階段しかなかったので荷物を部屋まで持ち上げるのが大変でした。 部屋は清潔で居心地が良かったので、次回は１階の部屋を予約したいと思います。」

「Great property at great location, however door code and room number not provided 2 weeks prior as per email ended up 45 min on the phone with expedia to gain room access as the front desk cannot do anything. Eventually it got sorted but after a long trip to get there it was not a smooth transition. Also no instructions for garbage handling as the jotel cleaners don t pick them up….these were the only 2 issues, the rest was great」
