"Staff very friendly- however hotel needs some upgrades example lift system is confusing and long waiting time also some of the display doesn’t work Hotel looks very close to the haram but due the set up with the lifts and connected to the mall extremely busy Further rooms and bathrooms very small 3 bedroom room is like a 2 bedroom with an additional bed "

"Had a very comfortable stay at Novotel , the room was clean and they were considerate enough to accommodate oiur last minute booking , very conveniently located in the centre of city and also not very far from the airport. I would love to visit next time!"

"The property was lovely the only down side a lot of work going around the area so the taxis get lost time to time. Also my room wasn’t cleaned after my stay at first night I had to go to reception for toilet paper and waters. They did get the two items straight away. Reception staff nice! I would definitely stay here again "
