Hotel room and amenities are excellent but really is the hotel staff who make our travel experience complete. "Honestly, it was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Get a ClubRoom. It comes with breakfast, food throughout the day, access to they gym, and access to a simply amazing gym. It's also really centrally located, across the street from Nakasu island, next to Canal City, and around the corner from a really convenient metro station. The people are lovely. "
