"Everything was perfectly orchestrated in terms of check in & out , the room was spotless yet the elevator doors, exterior hallway floors and hotel bathrooms were very dirty "

"It was a nice hotel but didn’t have a value consistent with the room rate. But maybe the San Juan area prices are always high. Also there was a major festival in Old San Juan that may have affected prices. "

No restaurant in the place or other thing more than a little caffe that closes at 3 pm with very few choices. I founded very safe, well located and the people in the front desk were very helpful .
