"The local PNG staff were friendly, however the caretaker who was supposed to be the Hotel Manager was a very rude Indonesian man. First Checked in and the room toilet could not open, so I was moved to anew room which I thought was good but then, the beds did not have proper covers, only white duvets. The bathroom isnt built properly so water splashes all over to the toilet when having your bath. The hotel was still during construction phase so it wasnt that pretty in dining area. I used the...

Decent overnight at a lovely hotel

"Clean comfortable room. Check-in was a little slow but I was also early. They were very apologetic and helpful though. I ordered room service and it took a long time to arrive. The reef fish tasted really fishy but it was edible. "

"Excellent! Amazingly friendly, smiling people I met during my 1 whole month stay at Citi Boutique Hotel. You all made me feel at home so I felt like I was finally home in my family comfort zone. Oh my god the food was so amazing and not to forget cappuccino yes cappuccino they make excellent cappuccino and the chefs are too good "AMAZING FOOD" well prepared! From top to bottom everything made me feel at home. All great workers, great service "YES TOO GOOD YOU ALL ARE" Beautiful friendly smile every day you come across. "This property was absolutely beautiful. There were lots of food options and the staff was absolutely amazing. When I visit Port Moresby again I will absolutely be coming back to Hilton. The experience was just all around amazing and probably the best hotel experience I've had in any country."
