"This hotel did not disappoint. The staff was friendly offering round the clock service. All of the property amenities were excellent, with breathe taking views. If my itinerary wasn’t so busy for my stay, I would have loved to just stay at the hotel longer to relax. I will def be back"

"The hotel was wonderful, check in staff great, view was amazing ( living room furniture could be cleaned) the room was clean house keeping was nice. Now the not so good the staff in the restaurant chose not to serve us on the first day for breakfast day two was the same she looked at me 6 times even after I put my hand up nothing but the people In front and on each side she made sure they had whatever they needed. We were the only black ppl in the restaurant. We did let the hostess know she to us next time sit somewhere else, I told her we would not come back there for breakfast any more. On our last night my daughter wanted to try another restaurant at the hotel called the Petie the gentleman and one of the hostess took the order then I’m assuming went to lunch after waiting 15 minutes to pay the check the person that came to get the card was so nasty and rude I asked if I could see her pen to write in a tip she snatched my card swiped it put it down on the table and walked away. No pen No tip. So would I stay again no if this is excepted from your staff why would I bring my money there. We check out and are now at the JW Marriott. "Needed to stay at hotel due to missed flight. Book two rooms no problem and less than a mile from airport with shuttle service. Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great, cold air conditioning with soft beds. Staff spoke both English and Spanish fluent and always asked if there was anything they can do for us. Only negative was the restaurant, they had a buffet which was high price per person and not really appetizing. Skip the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner and just order from restaurant menu. Takes longer but you know what you are getting and come out less expensive than buffet."

"The hotel pool, breakfast, lobby bar are all excellent. Location is very good with security, uber, taxi all very good. Room service and room view was excellent. Really enjoy this hotel and will be back. OMG also the gym was excellent."
