5/5 Excellent
"I don't think there's much unique about the Best Western in Seneca. But It scored very high for me. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom facilities, including the tub/shower were above average. The included breakfast was great. (I was only sorry that I couldn't partake on both mornings of my stay.) The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only negative, and it was tiny and eventually resolves by the staff, was that the TV remote in the room was basically nonfunctional as the battery was close to dead. A new battery changed everything.
One suggestion I would make is that the signage as to where the entrance is on Rt. 123 is not good. The big sign helps but there really needs to be a small sign, right at the bottom of the driveway, that indicates it's the Best Western driveway. It's too easy to miss."
