"You can see the property from Terminal 3 but you have to take a shuttle bus that runs every thirty minutes and takes 15 minutes. (A bridge would be nice but doubtless rather expensive.) The rooms were clean and spacious - no problem at all there. Three minor quibbles - I would have liked there to have been an internet cable (there was free wifi but in my advancing years like a keyboard & large screen) and they did not do wake up calls - not really an issue, I was able to set alarms on two...

"The hotel was really lovely, the staff were fantastic and it was in a good location. We went for half board which i would not recommend, the choices were a Japanese restaurant and a pub style restaurant, at the Japanese restaurant the starters and pudding were fine but the mains were cold each time we went. As for the pub style i would not go there at all, it’s a buffet and if you want salad you will be fine but the hot choices are terrible they are were just cold. We found out on the last day...

"Very comfortable room and friendly staff. The mall is next to the hotel so lots of shopping . There is a taxi rank just opposite the hotel as well as the train station so getting around was really easy. Very reasonably priced so would recommend a stay here especially if you are on a tight budget"
