"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). "Every staff member that we encountered was outstanding. Lucian who was a server at the buffet, always seated us at his tables and was friendly and attentive and never let, our mimosas run dry. Polo who was a server at the pool went above and beyond to bring us food and drinks to our swim up.
