"Las instalaciones del hotel está en buenas condiciones, sin embargo durante nuestra estancia falló el elevador y tuve que tomar las escaleras hasta el 4to piso. Lo complicado fue que estaba lesionada de la pierna y fue difícil subir y bajar y no había otra alternativa para hacerlo."
