「There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.」

「老朽化は致し方ないが、ポットに前の人が使った水がそのまま入っていた。また、ハエが飛び回っていたので、事前に処理するなど対応してほしかった。」

「スタッフがとても親切でした。 朝食も素晴らしい。スパークリングワインがあります。 場所も便利です。 唯一困ったのは駅から行くには地下道を通らないといけなく、階段しかないので荷物が重いと大変です。」

「清潔さ、スタッフの対応、特に問題なし。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、バスローブが置いてあるのが助かりました。旧市街地の真ん中であるため、どこに行くにも便利。空港からのバス、駅からも徒歩圏内。」

「We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it.
