"Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. "Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service."

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. I think the responsibility of keeping the key safe shows that my belongings are safe, no matter how long they sit in my room ☆ I also recommend speaking to the manager if you see him...

"Great spot. Close to Tokorozawa Station. Shops, restaurants and bakeries are a short walk. The room was kind of small for 3 large American men. The communication with us was excellent. Very quiet location but close to things to do. "

"Good place to stay with a convenient location! Did not spend much time in the room, mostly just here to sleep and clean up. I liked the lofted bed set up, as that left plenty of floor space to open up my luggage. Beware there is no elevator, only a set of very steep and narrow stairs, so large luggage is difficult to carry up. Overall, would stay here again!"

"清潔で室内で快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも使え、キッチンも食器など十分にありましたし、風呂トイレも清潔でした。タオルはバスタオルとハンドタオルなので、フェイスタオルのみ持参した方が良いですね。3階でエレベーターが無いので、荷物を運ぶのは少々大変ですが、仕方がないでしょうね。また機会が有れば利用させて頂きたいと思います。"

"The hotel is excellently located near Ikebukuro JR train station. The limousine bus from the airport stops at this hotel, super convenient ! The hotel staff was friendly and professional. There is pretty good size coin laundry for your use. It is surrounded by restaurants and department stores, especially toward the train station. We had a good stay."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were small as expected but very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and accomodating, especially with receiving/holding luggage. Check-in and check-out was self-guided but quite easy. The location is very convenient for access to restaurants, shopping and the train station. "
