"Loved the georgian architecture. Staff was friendly, gracious, helpful and kind. We really loved walking around the interior and looking at the stunning wedding venues. You must see Rod's train cars for their private dining options. Lunch at the Red Dog Tavern was delicious, and our waiter Steven gave us great recommendations. Sitting in the guest areas were comfortable and especially cozy with the fireplace. There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the room but it was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Unfortinetly google pictured a pool, but they no longer have one. You cannot skip dinner at Rods Steak house, superb service and food."

Hotel is very clean and many dining options within walking distance for dinner. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. We travel for work very often and this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had"
