"This property is so beautiful! Everyone was helpful and friendly and the snorkeling from the hotel beach was fantastic. It was our first trip to Roatan and we will hope to go back!"

"The staff are kind but seems to be either in training or not very experienced. The parking facilities need to be improved, parking spaces are very narrow and limited. On weekends they have events (weddings and others) and those tend to take the parking spots for hotel guests. They need to save a few for hotel guests."

"The property is beautiful with lots of activities. Only complaint was beach chair area. When guest would leave area, workers did not clean. So other guests showed up, these areas were dirty!! It would take a long time to find an employee to clean and freshen. Also on multiple occasions ran out of pool towels. Other than that everything was wonderful! Belky in reception was so welcoming with a big smile. "
