"Upon arrival, we had to wait nearly 20 min to check-in. We rang the hotel to find the on-duty receptionist, was away doing house keeping duties knbthe 2nd floor then went to freshen up before coming down which I understood. Rooms,, The 1st room, carpet not vacuumed properly, the net curtains are dirty, the window latches are broken, tv remote had flat batteries, dirty utensils and glassware and the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom was very wet.
