"Beautiful, modern family apartment. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kids loved the bunk beds. Immaculately clean. Lovely, helpful staff. Only minor shortcoming was the randomly changing temperature in the shower. Other than that, perfection!"

"We stayed in the family suite. The design was well thought out and the beds were comfortable. The location was across the street from a 7 Eleven which was super convenient. There is a ramen place next door. It is a close walk to the bus station and you can walk from the hotel into town. Overall it was a really pleasant stay for a family of 5."

"We loved our stay here - our room was large and comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect - so close to the station but also walkable distance to all the main sights. Only downside to our room was that there are no windows to open and the one window was frosted. Beware that while there are lifts inside, it’s about 30 steps up to reception which can make for a challenging time with luggage! "

Plates, forks, cups, dish soap, dish washing sponge were provided. Cons: When we arrived, we had to wipe down the table and floors to clean up oils and spots from the previous guests. "We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."
