「立地は最高」

「ホテルの方は大変いい方ばかりです。設備面はエレベータがないことと、トイレやシャワーが室内にないのは不便です。特に鍵を持ってトイレに行くのは清潔感はあるのですが、煩わしいです。あと食事時間、日曜の夜は終了時間が早すぎます。 シャワーの操作盤が高いところにありすぎます。もっと位置を変えないと操作が大変です。室内の棚やシャワー室のタオル掛けなどきちんと止まっていないために物がずり落ちたりします。」

「Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

「My favourite hotel in Douglas and very near to everywhere I need to walk to for work. Friendly, lovely big rooms (they upgraded me free of charge to a huge room as I stay often). Great view over the sea front. Breakfast is quality - good ingredients, cooked to order. Very happy with everything.」
