I had acquired some hotels.com gift cards through some surveys that I took and got points for, that I redeemed for these gift cards. And this is the hotel that I chose. I have never been disappointed in Hyatt properties. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was good. The staff was very nice. They let me keep my bag in their storage room before check-in, and let me keep it there...
