「Stayed for 2 week work trip. Condo was very nicely appointed, bed and pillows were great. It was an older unit and showed its age, but was a very comfortable place to stay for a long trip. Great location too. Will stay there again.」

「We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!」

「The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again 」

「We had a large group of 8 for a convention at the Gaylord in National Harbor, and this was a perfect location and size for our group. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, great kitchen and living room, really nice basement with pool table, TV and wet bar. The washer and dryer was an unexpected plus!A few minor downsides. The kitchen gear (pans, utensils) are odd, most not very useful. Make sure you check what the kitchen has before planning a dinner. You can also tell that some parts of the house...

「Communicating with Tahmeed was a breeze! I received very detailed instructions and was able to amend my contract to check in early or add more people to my group when I needed it.The place was very clean and the rooms looked exactly as pictured on the listing. The main living room seemed a bit smaller to us upon entry, but I loved that the rooms were all spacious and we had enough bathrooms to accommodate 10 girls! 「This was a comfortable b&b we stayed at with our kids and my brothers family. They had amenities for babies and kids we appreciated and was walking distance to a park, and driving distance to the DC activities. It is in a super cute and safe neighborhood. Would book again!」

「We had a nice time renting Micaela’s home. Thank you for allowing our dog to stay as well, she enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The home was in a really nice, very walkable neighborhood convenient (Dunkin and grocery store right down street) to many landmarks. The master bed was really comfy. The kitchen had everything (coffee maker didn’t work for us but we just hopped down to Dunkin) but home could have used a thorough cleaning (we’re not clean freaks either so we’re not being overly picky)....
