"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. We ran into issues with our rental car the day we picked it up in Calama. Juliette was so amazing and spoke to the rental and towing folks for us; later there were two other gentleman from the front desk who also had conversations with the rental/ tow folks for us. "This is a lovely secluded place walking distance to the center. I loved coming back home after my trying and challenging tours. San Pedro is charming yet a very dusty town, but once I entered the hotel and my room everything was pristine.As it happens, they dont have an indoor heating system, yet the bed can be warmed up. "We really enjoyed our stay at Atacama Loft & Glamp. It was so beautiful to be outside in the dessert. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy. The 20 minute walk to town was worth the serenity. "Brandon and his team were absolutely fantastic during our 3 night stay. The hotel is very customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were visible the whole time, there was a complementary cheese & wine event, the handyman even cleaned bird poop off our rental car. We've stayed in hundreds of hotels over decades of travelling and the Pascual Andino was one of the best purely from a customer service point of view. Many thanks Brandon & the team! "

"Website should be proactive and notify weekly about weather conditions. It is important to advise what clothing to pack for different explorations. When exploration is at 5K altitude in spring, there could be very low temperature, which requires winter clothes. At the same date bike exploration at the hotel altitude requires light clothes as it is extremely hot."

"The hotel was nice. Unfortunately we got a dark room without much of natural light. The property owner offered to move us to a room with a window but we did not want to move for the remaining of our stay … just two more nights. Our room could use a little bit of upkeep. Place is built of adobe and some parts are peeling a bit. The room was comfortable and spacey and staff were nice and accommodating. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown to shops and dining. "
