「Overall good safe place to stay while in Cairo. The Owner of the Apartment was helpful in all matters. He picked us up at the airport for no charge and made sure we made it back to the airport. He helped us get some medication from the pharmacy - he went out of his way in helping us. He was very friendly throughout our entire stay.」

「I booked an apartment with a kitchen, but ended up with a room without one. There was no explanation for the different room until I pointed it out. The windows in the room had no glass, just iron bars and a wooden door. They didn't close properly, so I could hear the noise outside (it's right in front of the bus terminal) all night. And the heating in the room was broken, so it was cold and I couldn't sleep. The staff asked me to wait a few minutes, but made me wait tens of minutes. Please...

「Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat.」
