Beds are comfortable, the screened patio is perfect to have your meals and enjoy the sounds of the swamp around. There is a firepit on the little peninsula behind the cabin were we spent most of our time outdoors. "This is a beautiful, peaceful property! Perfect for family or a special get away with your honey!! Plenty of room and comfy beds!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know going to that area. "

"Decided to take a quick trip with friends to gamble and eat some good food. The house was great for 6 adults (2couples and 2 singles). The house was clean and well stocked. Had coffee on the porch in the mornings and mid afternoon crawfish out back where there is plenty of seating and room to not feel crowded. The location was perfect not too far from downtown and casinos and close to other businesses if you needed to go grab anything quickly. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We have given a five star, but there are some things that can make a better rating for your future stays; the temperature settings need to be set to better accommodations for your guests ( it was cold couldn't get the temperature to get higher than 60); the drainage from the washing machine needs to be checked / when is rinsing the water goes to kitchen sink; and the outside gating.needs works."

"The location of this place is perfect for anything in Shreveport. It was extremely clean and homey. The host went above and beyond to assure we were comfortable. The remodel left the charm the house was built with and still had all amenities. A perfect 5-Star visit!"

"Love my stay overall, it was clean and looked exactly as advertised, Owner was very responsive to one request. My only personal request would be to put better pillows on the bed, more drinking glasses, mixing bowls as I like to cook. Wine glasses, cocktails glasses! But I definitely would come back! "
