I think we will be making a habit of staying at the Jamaica Inn as it’s equal distance between Great Torrington and Falmouth where we each live and it enables us to meet up more often with our very busy working schedules. "Room was clean and bed comfy. Room was facing the main road, but you couldn't hear the traffic. Only problem was very creaky floorboards and not enough hot water to run a bath. Also would of been nice to have just a residents only bit of bar. The steam bar was always busy and tables full "

"We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. We will definitely recommend you, and book again if we are out in Newquay, thankyou soo much 😉"

"Ignore the negative reviews the hotel was excellent. We arrived to find ample parking and the positioning of the hotel was perfect with a walkway right into the harbour area. The hotel looks like it has had a fairly recent upgrade and was in good condition. We had a nice room with a king size bed and view over the harbour area. Plus the room had a minibar and tea and coffee facilities. Had dinner in the Jetty restaurant the first night which was good washed down by a nice Sicilian Pinot Grigio....
