"Room was clean and modern though a bit spartan. Linens were fresh and new. There was plenty of hot water and towels. Slow night - only a few vehicles in lot. I left at 5AM but was still greeted by deck service and able to get hot coffee to go. Mexican joint next door was convenient. Food and service good."

"I can't comment because we didn't stay there. Expedia was supposed to book us at a hotel in Emporia, KANSAS, NOT the Knight's Inn in Emporia, VIRGINIA. The hotel in Kansas that Expedia booked us at (and sent us a confirmation for at the Kansas location) had gone out of business, thereby necessitating us to book a hotel on our own in Emporia, Kansas. "My tile crew and I stayed here and we were blown away at how nice it was to relax in this house after work. 4 king size beds in all the rooms. Hardwood floors through out. Nice comfy couch with blankets to sit and watch a movie. Full kitchen to make breakfast every day or dinner at night. We will be back in a few weeks to book again. Great home you have there well done!"
