"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."

"He only stayed for one night before heading to Lake Como. Very warm welcome, checkout again was excellent. Very friendly staff. We also had the breakfast in the morning. Only €10 fantastic, fresh selection. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Out nearer the airport but convenient bus connections. But a 24-hour or multi-day ticket and you’re downtown or in the Upper old town in 20 minutes. Very helpful staff. Great communication before arrival and during my stay. "

"This hotel is beautiful and we would highly recommend. It’s in a beautiful, converted monastery. Location is perfect and rooms are gorgeous with a luxury bathroom. We loved the breakfast options. The only downside was that the skylight window would not close automatically via the controls late at night and it was noisy outside and rained in the early hours. Otherwise, this hotel was really wonderful. "

"The hotel is so conveniently located that we as many others, were able to walk from the airoport to the hotel in a short time. The receptionist was friendly and professional and gave us very good recommendations. We had a nice dinner at their cute restaurant and booked a shuttle for the next day very early flight. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant design, and very clean. The room was spacious with a big and comfortable bed and windows to a nice courtyard. The bathroom was also very nice....
