「Everything was wonderful here...staff was very helpful and room was nice! Only small downside was the breakfast on site..food not hot and very basic choice for the money..We went to Zorbas few minutes away and it was delicious..we will definitly be back to Pelican Bay!」

「The property is massive and beautiful. The room itself was basic. The "Water View" was a view of the roof of the building next door. I could see the water in the treetop line. It wasnt the best, but not the worst. You have to make reservations for dining ahead of time. I suggest as soon as you make your booking. All of the stores and restaurants are very expensive. Example a coke is 4-5 dollars on resort and you can walk a block down the street and get it for less than$2. But I guess thats the...

「We had a wonderful trip staying at the Royal at the Atlantis and I loved how easy Expedia made it to book (thank you!) Our rooms were beautiful and we had the VIP experience. Everyone was so nice. A few small things I wish I had known going in... There is very little shade around the Royal. The only place with Umbrellas walkable from our building was the Mayan Pools and they are noisy and tends to be where the little kids were (we have teenagers.) The quieter pools have no umbrellas at all...

「On the first night we arrived the ceiling started leaking, they tried to fix it but couldn’t so we switched rooms for the night. Next morning they moved us to a better room. Overall the hotel is nice but could use some upgrades. 」

「We have a great time, altho a short visit and will definitely return at a later date. The only things I would suggest is, the toilets are very low, great for a kid or short person, but for older people, perhaps with knee issues, getting onto the toilet was a task. I would suggest a riser be offered for older folks. Also the menu in the restaurant could be a bit more varied, not the same foods every day. Otherwise, well done.」
