Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere."

"Nice hotel, really excellent service. Good gym. I had a great stay. The only minor negative was that used towels were taken when not placed in the bathtub, despite the hotel informing that they wouldn't. Towels can be used more than once!"

"Beautiful beds, pillows and towels. Rain shower head and great little lights lower down beside the bed and in the bathroom. Close to Wynyard station, QVB & Town Hall. "

"This was a great hotel for our 2 nights in Wellington. The area felt safe and we walked everywhere in the town. The room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Everything was super clean too.There was some noise from the street but the hotel left ear plugs for use so we slept well. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The parking garage was small so make sure you book a space if you need to park at the hotel."
