"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot). It is incredibly beautiful, and the service is second to none. Quiet hotel, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, the food was delicious - I really can't fault it. Worth every penny. The whole island is owned by the hotel, they have wild otters and seals - the spa was beautiful too. Highly recommend, I will be staying here again"

"Very nice en suite room. Fairly new build. Staying for couple of nights bed and breakfast. Room very nice. Some dusting had been missed on the bedside lamps. Bathroom floor looked a bit grubby. Laminate on worktop where sink is had split, possibly due to water ingress and could pose a hazard for slicing open finger/hand. Shower pressure could be better. Heater was not on when we arrived. I phoned reception and they came over 10 minutes later and showed us how to set temperature. She did apologise saying housekeeping should have set that already. Breakfast was very nice and good choice"

"Staff were welcoming, professional & helpful. Spa and bar lovely. All made for a very relaxing stay. Room comfortable if a little warm. Evening meal was good although perplexed that steak served with either potato or vegetables unless you took one as a side dish. Breakfast very enjoyable had full Scottish one day then haddock the next. Will definitely go back."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. Unsure what the bad reviews are about as our stay was amazing. The room was up to date and very spacious, we loved the added touch of the toilet roll haha. The lady on reception was wonderful and so nice. We will definitely be back. "
