"We were in Antofagasta, as a base to tour the ESO Paranal Observatory. A remarkable value… 13th floor room, beautiful, quiet and well-appointed, with a small terrace, overlooking the bay. Enjoyed our breakfasts and our two dinners at the excellent seaside restaurant. Did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. "

"The hotel is in a great location right on the sea front, with lots of restaurants a short walk away. Parking was convenient (underground), and breakfast was good too. Our room was fine, a little tired and the air con unit was very loud! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay,"

"Parking is areal issue if you have a car."

"Comfortable beds and a good room size. On checkout day, there was a power failure and we had to walk down the fire-escape 14 floors to reach our car. Not hotel’s fault however!!"

"Excellent location. Good breakfast. Need to greatly enhance the check in procedures. It took nearly 90 minutes: Unprecedented and unnecessary delays. Fortunately, we survived that ordeal and found the place was more than decent. "

"The hotel was nice and had a good restaurant. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The gym is sort of creepy in the basement and it was easier to run outside along the water. The wifi did not work as well as expected in our rooms, but was much better in the dining area. If you wanted room service you had to request a menu, and it was limited to sandwiches. If you are a walker there was a good mall about 30 minutes away that had okay restaurants."
