In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. Thanks "

Therefore our room was not available when we arrived. The hotel accommodated us and the manager was very helpful after everything was understood Hotels.com and Expedia need to do better communicating with the properties so the hotels are not trying to fix a mistake not made by them.
