"Unfriendly welcome by desk staff. One member (Khushboo) seemed to be interested only in flogging a higher priced room instead of providing the service paid for. And the other ( Ram) was clueless in most aspects. There was no point in asking him anything - just got blank view! The hotel had even made me pay in FULL when I booked 8 weeks prior - which was against the Hotels.com policy ( which allows you to pay on arrival). The restaurant staff were good. "

"Very bad experience! All rooms smelly, water leaking into the rooms, no clean towels, bathroom wires were open. Worst experience i ever had in my life. I booked for 2 days but i checked out on first day only because of these hell of experience. So requested refund for my 2nd day."

"They charge you extra unnecessarily for kids. Office manager and staff were very unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel at all. "

"We had booked in another property at Havelock Island and were extremely dissapointed. We managed to get a chalet at Sea Shell Havelock last room available. As soon as we arrived at the property extremely welcoming staff especially front office manager Ms. Khushboo. She ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Property is well maintained and clean. Would like to specially thank Ms. Khushboo for accomodating a late check out request. We tasted wonderful food at both restaurants Bonova and White Lotus. The staff are extremely kind and pleasant. Also would like to thank Mr. Anuj for a pleasant stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Sea Shell Havelock. You are all doing a great job."
