Sitting Directly on the World-Famous White Sandy Beach of DESTIN and just FEET from the WATER is this LUXURIOUS Spacious 1800 Square-Foot, Non-Smoking condo. Located on the 12 th (Top) floor, you have good VIEWS of the WATER, BEACH and DESTIN......You Are Staying in only 1 of 5 Penthouse units that are on the Top (12th) Floor- A Luxurious Penthouse with 9.5 foot Tall ceilings. The lower units have 8 foot ceilings.

Free Beach service included (35.00 per day - paid by owner!) Your Penthouse includes one umbrella and two chairs all set up for you on the Beach. Sunset Beach Service has additional umbrella and chairs that can be rented directly on the beach for $35 per day.

From the minute you step into our condo you will be amazed at the Decor of the condo which is tastefully decorated with High End furnishings- 2 new White leather couches. 4 TVs with Cox Cable- Living room (50”4K) and all three bedrooms have flatscreen TVs and Blue Ray DVD players! The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need... lots of pots and pans, toaster, Coffee maker-Keurig. Tile floors everywhere! A nice 8 x 8 corner balcony with a view of the Beach and the City of Destin. Also, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

RESORT FEATURES:

Shoreline Towers has Its Own Private Beach Entrance and Beach Area. Your rental day rate includes 2 Canvas Beach Chairs and 1 Umbrella FREE! Personal umbrellas and tents are not allowed on the beach, if you require additional umbrella and chairs they are available for rent. If the Weather is a bit chilly you can still take a swim in the Heated Pool. There is also a Sauna, Exercise Room, Two Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard and a huge Clubhouse with Barbecue pits and picnic tables by the lake. Just a short hop over to the Best Water Park on the Gulf Coast (Big Kahuna) and for shopping you are within blocks of the Winn Dixie Grocery Store and all kinds of shopping.

Overall our stay was amazing and the condo had everything we needed! We were steps away from the beach and a quick drive from restaurants and night life! The only downfall was that there was sand in the beds when we arrived. Good thing the condo had a washer and dryer because it was easy to get them cleaned quickly and enjoy our time.

Everything was exceptional, clean, along with plenty kitchen utensils, coffee makers, bathroom towels. Ease of property, in great location, and walkable to grocery store or target souvenir shops. Pool was warm and sauna was nice, also great workout room. Anybody could enjoy themselves here, peaceful even though still a bit of final construction with the other tower.

The property is beach front with amenities as listed. Host was very responsive before & during stay. My wife & I took five college aged adults with us for Spring Break—zero complaints. In unit washer/dryer is a bonus! Property fitness center is inadequate for a serious workout, but we would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Panthouse a walk away from the beach and well decorated, clean and with everything you need to stay comfortably. Outside renovation construction was a surprise to me but that did not keep us from having a great time. The grill outside is out of order and we cud not find the jacuzzi, but overall it was one of the best places i have stayed so far.

Beautiful penthouse right on the beach side!
Modern decor, roomy bedrooms and awesome location close to Destin’s shops and restaurants. Owner is great at communication and very helpful. Better to not plan on washing clothes during the stay unless you want to pay at the washeteria on the same floor. Overall it was a great vacation place and we will likely come back!

Very nice and large condo
The beachside condo looks just like pictures and was very nice and spacious. There was construction which was an eye sore on exterior of condominium complex. There was some construction noise, but it wasn’t bad and most of the day we were at the beach. We would definitely stay there again as it’s close to everything in Destin.

Just an Ok property has potential to do a lot better
This property is in a great location and has great potential just not quite there. There was zero cleaning supplies, no broom, no mop. There was a vacuum cleaner in the closet in a box that had never been open. We pulled it out and put it together to try to have the floor somewhat clean the floor. We kept almost slipping and falling as the floor fell greasy. There was a broken bed. The owner did offered to have maintenance come and fix it, but they never came.

Great location and perfect for a group of friends or family
The unit has been updated and was very clean. It is in a great location. Includes private beach access. The layout is excellent with the master having a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in ea. room. The manager was very responsive to questions we had before we checked in, during and after. Check in and check out was very simple. Great experience!!! They are finishing up a little bit of construction on the exterior of the building which is supposed to be completed shortly.

The property was just as the picture shows! It so code to the crystal clear water and the beach
The property owner Keith was very easy to reach and very helpful! The beds were very comfortable. You have all the amenities you need as if you were home. Plenty of excellent restaurants close. Lots of shopping! You can see dolphins swimming everywhere from the beach view. The view from the balcony is mostly of destin . A small view of the beach. The best part of the stay was the owners so friendly!

Overall, great place to stay. The onsite construction was a lot to hear and deal with. Had construction workers outside our window 3-4 days so that was slightly uncomfortable. The unit itself was nice and as pictured. There are two furnaces and both filters were in need of replacement - they were black as night! Great beach outside your door!

Beautiful condo, oceanfront, very comfortable, close to everything.
Condo was very comfortable and spacious and beautiful. Plenty of room for 5 adults. White sandy beaches were awesome, ocean was cold(it was December) but the pool was warm. Owners were extremely gracious and responded to questions quickly. A lot of good restaurants close by as well as things to do. I would highly recommend to anyone to rent this condo. It very much exceeded our expectations. Will definitely rent this penthouse again,

Holiday in Destin
We chose to spend our Christmas vacation in Destin this year. The beaches in Destin are gorgeous any time of year, and we always enjoy our visits. We found this condo on Vrbo, and the pictures looked great, so we booked it. Upon arriving, the check in process was extremely simple, and things went smoothly. There was construction going on within the condo community, which we were not aware of, but it did not interfere with our stay. The interior of the condo was just as the pictures showed. We needed to contact the owner a couple times during our stay, and he was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. it appeared his focus was on making sure we had a good experience during our stay. The location of this condo is fantastic… Right on the beach! I would definitely recommend this location for your next vacation spot!

Great condo....just disappointed with the small balcony and view.
The condo was great and beautifully decorated. I was just disappointed with the small balcony and the view. The washer and dryer combo did not work well for us at all. It took all night just to wash and dry a load of towels and wash clothes which was only 4 of each. I had to end up using the washer and dryer that was on the floor by the elevators.

Unfortunately, my friends and I did not have an enjoyable experience due to construction, noise and conditions of the facility (it wasn’t very clean) which made for a very unpleasant experience, We had planned to utilize the heated pool and parking deck; however, we were unable to access these amenities. It would have been nice to have known beforehand that the facility was under construction so that we would have had an opportunity to explore other accommodations. In summary, we were very displeased.

Great Condo and Location
We absolutely loved the condo during our stay in July 2018. Being on the top floor lends itself to really nice views of the city and also the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and having two kings made it nice. The kitchen is well stocked and has just about everything needed to prepare meals and the refrigerator is good sized. The parking spot was a real benefit to have because the complex was full while we were there and parking was scarce late at night. The only thing to watch out for on the parking spot is that it is difficult to park a big SUV or pickup truck in the spot due to location. The beach is absolutely wonderful and big enough that it does not feel crowded most days. The beach service will definitely take care of you and have the umbrella and chairs, which are included as part of the stay, out usually in the same spot each day. The location of the complex we found very nice because a lot of things were located within a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and beautiful condo!
This condo is right on a beautiful part of the beach. The host is very fast to respond, and the unit was very clean and exactly as described. The mattresses are soft and there were plenty of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for our group of 6. We wished we could bring our own tent to the beach but understand there is a business providing tents and two chairs.

Great family vacation spot
We had wonderful family vacation with beach fun and morning and evening walks along the beach. Went deep water fishing and caught so many snapper. The chef at the recommended restaurant cooked our fish fillets 3 different ways and it was amazing. We ate out often but also cooked. The kitchen has everything you need mostly. You’ll just need your favorite spices & various ziploc bags if you use them and laundry soap bc there’s a nice washer & dryer in the condo. During our stay the door dead bolt lock did not align & we couldn’t use it. We had to push the door hard/slam it to make sure it didn’t open back up on its own which it did at times. We had a great time and enjoyed this great condo!
