Emerald Grande is the premier resort located in the heart of the Destin Harbor with amazing amenities and a location that can’t be beat! Unit 309 is a large 3bed/3 bath condo located in the East tower that has two Master Suites, perfect for families, couples traveling together or friend get-aways. This condo is easy to find in a very large complex since it is close to the East elevators, however you cannot hear the elevators in the condo.

-The Primary Master Suite has a King bed w/private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom w/large corner soaking tub, separate marble shower and double vanity.
-The Secondary Master Suite has a King bed, access to main balcony, ensuite bath complete w/marble walk in shower and double vanity.
-The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, with separate access to the 3rd full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Sound machines were recently added to each bedroom for a restful night sleep.

Once you arrive at the Emerald Grande, with so many options within walking distance there really is no need to get back in a car until it is time to check out. Step outside on the HarborWalk Village to find waterfront shopping, popular Destin restaurants and bars, exciting activities, live entertainment, various rentals to include paddle boards, kayaks, boats, jet skis or book fishing charters, sunset dolphin cruises, and the ever-popular tiki boat cruise to Crab Island.

One of the amazing amenities offered is a free water taxi that runs every 30 minutes to take you to Emerald Grande’s private beach equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

We had a nice time staying at this condo. The one little hiccup we had the owners immediately had it fixed. I wanted to let them know how much that was appreciated. We have stayed at the EG on a few occasions and this condo was the nicest. I wanted to let them know that the previous renters put the hall bathrooms hair blower in the 2nd masters bathroom, apparently the one in there doesn't work. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This was the first time ever that I utilized VRBO and I must say it was easy, went smoothly and was very enjoyable!!! We felt at home and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the awesome beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. I would love to come back next year, minus the Hurricane! Ha! Britt and Wendy were very responsive and great to work with. We booked this location so that we could park and not have to leave our entire trip. And this turned out to be a perfect location since we had rain the entirety of our trip so the location was perfect for still having lots to do within walking distance despite the rain.

This property was everything it was advertised to be! The check-in process went smoothly and they even have a Bell Hop to take your items to the unit. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. It was more than enough space for my party. The communication with the owners was seamless and they were very accommodating. Emerald Grande Village is a great vacation community, especially to families with kids, and if absolutely return to this property again!

The room has been the best one we have stayed in at Emerald Grande. This is our third time staying here and we loved your room. Our girls loved the white noise machine in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and there have been no issues with anything in the room. When we decide to come back to Destin we will definitely look to book this room again.
