"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "

"The hostess was so nice and welcoming, giving us recommendations about the city and telling us about the area. Rooms were well kept and the common kitchen area is a plus. Really great location too. "

"Great spot to stay while in Derry! The room and private bathroom were good sizes - enough space for my partner and I with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage with the key shop in front before our check-in time which was clutch. There was a shared kitchen on our floor which also included a washing machine. Didn’t need to use the washing machine but could be useful. The kitchen was stacked and even had some fruit and bread. Place was centrally located and walking distance to everything...

"It was handy for out walking tours of Londonderry but very noisy and we had disrupted nights. The walls are thin and there was a very noisy group in the hotel waking us up after midnight."

"Chris met us on arrival and showed us a round. Very friendly and the house was ideal for a group of 6 guys for a comfortable overnight stay."

"I spent 2 nights here. The location is very convenient for the city with ample parking. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Extra supplies of toothpaste, shower gel etc in case you forget anything. Bed was really comfortable. I didn't use the breakfast facility so can't comment on that. Would definitely return😃"
